Certain rooms may be designated as persistent rooms. Messages sent in these rooms may be stored on our servers so that their history remains available after users disconnect.
Persistent rooms may be used for official, community, moderator, VIP, or other designated purposes. The rules and access requirements for a persistent room may vary depending on its purpose.
Persistent rooms should not be considered private from Puggle moderators. Authorized moderators may access persistent rooms and their stored message history for moderation, safety, security, or legal purposes.

VPNs, proxies, or other network configurations may be restricted when necessary to prevent abuse or protect the service.
Puggle.chat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
